FOREST HONEY organic

This amber coloured dark honey is a honeydew honey basically from the Styrian Norway Spruces. Other distinctive flavours are raspberry and sycamore maple. This kind of honey has a very high content of mineral nutrients and enzymes and because of its high content of fructose it stays fluid for a pretty long time, but crystallizes out in the end.

Our region of harvest: Hochschwab region and the Fischbacher-Alps region in Styria.
