FOREST BLOSSOM HONEY organic

This light amber coloured, very mild honey has both, the high content of mineral nutrients and enzymes of honeydew honey and the high advantage of vitamins of blossom honey. Due to the fact that this kind of honey has a very high content of fructose and glucose, it tends to crystallize out pretty fast, so its very suitable for making whipped honey.

Our region of harvest: Hochschwab region and the Fischbacher-Alps region in Styria.
