ACACIA HONEY organic

This water light to yellow greenish coloured honey originates from the acacia tree, also called Robina pseudoacacia, and contains the essential oil acacin, which is the reason for its typical smell and its fine mild taste. Due to the fact that this kind of honey has a high content of fructose, it crystallizes out very slow.

Our region of harvest: the Austrian Weinviertel in Lower Austria.

This kind of honey is for example ideal in combination with sheep’s cheese.
